With the domestic network of distributors throughout Australia in place, Multi-Store commenced an export program into Japan and South-East Asia to compliment their domestic market. Throughout the past 5 years Multi-Store has successfully developed and export market for their comprehensive range of storage systems, not only to their Asian neighbours but to several other countries, some of which include:

Multi-Store has also developed close working relationships with some of Australia's leading Home Building Companies who have also been successful in the export of Australian Homes to overseas countries.

Recent Achievements - Japan
Multi-Store has developed strong and lasting relationships over the past 4 years with Japanese building companies with the aim to develop and market Australian houses and building products in Japan. Some of the recent projects include:

  • Australian Housing Village in Kyoto (Orugano)
  • Australian Housing Village in Kamoshima (Hokoku Constructions)
  • Wardrobe displays in Gifu

Recent Achievements - Philippines
Multi-Store was selected to supply all of the wardrobe storage systems to re-fit the condominiums and villas for the Subic Bay project, this project was to accommodate the Apex Head of Government conference in September in 1996.


Production Capabilities/Modification
Multi-Store has the skills and facilities to increase production levels, adapt and modify products to suit individual needs. The Multi-Store wardrobe system is versatile and flexible.

Packaging
Multi-Store's products are packaged flat, for transportation purposes. All lines are easily assembled by the customer or retailer.

Lead Times
Multi-Store requires a lead time of approximately four (4) weeks for a 20 foot container load, plus shipping time, to provide product into the overseas market.

Samples
Samples are available on request at wholesale prices.

Promotional Material
Multi-Store has product literature, wardrobe planning material and training manuals for retailers available on request.

Quality
To ensure the highest possible product standard, Multi-Store inspects each phase of the manufacturing process. Multi-Store has a 5-year guarantee on the workmanship and quality of materials used in their products.

Trading Terms
All prices quoted are expressed in AUD FOB Brisbane. Preferred method of payment for non-account holders is by direct deposit into our account, with deposit slip being faxed to Multi-Store. Credit applications can be issued on request with 30-day account pending credit checks and guarantors signatures. Other arrangements for payment may be negotiated.
